Waitstaff Soho ATL, Atlanta | August 2018 – present Trained and mentored new wait and host staff. Applied communication and problem-solving skills to resolve customer complaints and promote long-term loyalty. Worked closely with management to improve front-of-house morale. Assistant Event Marketing Dave & Buster’s, Greater Atlanta Area | Oct 2017 – Jan 2019 Recruited 25 corporate and community sponsors. Managed 4 social media accounts using Facebook Business Manager and HootSuite. Created social media marketing campaigns to promote special events; Reached a 17% increase in user retention through social media engagement. Executed promotions such as remotes, events, van hits, and other street team activities. Manager’s Assistant Enterprise Rent-A-Car, Smyrna | Dec 2015 – Oct 2016 Assisted in 12% store revenue increased by ensuring proper underwriting practices to minimize financial loss. Developed and maintained partner relationships with corporate accounts, dealerships, body shops, and insurance agents to become the preferred dealer in the area.
