[Solution] Research Discipline

Objective: To understand the characteristics of a high-quality journal article.  This assignment has two parts.  Instructions for Part A • Identify your primary research discipline e.g. Information Systems; Human Resource Management; Environmental Economics etc. • Identify the three top journals in your nominated field using the ABDC List https://abdc.edu.au/research/abdc-journal-list/; Limit your search of the ABDC list to A* rated journals only; • Select one article from any of those three journals published from the period 2015-2019; and • Provide the complete citation for this article. Instructions for Part B Please write a summary review of your chosen article. Be sure to address the following in your review: • Describe the key theoretical contribution that the paper claims, or makes; • Describe how the paper connects with the existing literature; • Suggest three ways in which the paper could be improved;; • Evaluate the quality of writing and the comprehensibility of the arguments; • Word limit for Part B is 1000 words. • Please use your own words in writing Part B. Please do not quote from the article without providing a complete citation and page number for the quote. Instructions for formatting and proof-reading • Please use a standard WMS cover page, available on Moodle (under Assessments); • Please write formally in an academic style; • Please use 12-point Times New Roman font with 1.5 line spacing; • Please use no more than 2 levels of headings; • Length of no more than 1200 words plus references; and • Be sure to check your work to eliminate typographical and other errors. ?
