E-mails of the final report will not be accepted.*The assignment is the research paper as detailed below, and is to be typed, double spaced, and must include a cover paper and bibliography, listing the sources researched and used to prepare the paper. Proper use of the English language and grammar is to be observed. MLA citation format is to be used. The paper is to be five pages, not including the cover page and bibliography. FOLLOW THE NUMBERS BELOW : there are eight (8) items/tasks which are required in the project. Plagiarism will not be tolerated- in the event that your submitted research paper is identical to another students submission, both of you will be suspected of plagiarism. *This is not a group project – you must do your own work.*PROJECT:1) Do research to determine important legal issues which were anticipated by the US legal community during the years 2019 and 2020. 2) Select one of the issues and perform further research on that issue. Research case law if your research reveals cases which support an anticipated outcome. 3) Prepare your research paper by providing a full explanation of the issue, what year it was anticipated, any supporting cases, and a discussion of both sides of the argument that might be (or was) made. 4) As part of your paper, indicate your opinion as to the issue you selected to write about. 5) Prepare a bibliography of the sources used, in MLA format. You should have 5 sources. 6) Prepare a cover page, which includes the issue research with year, your name, course title, date submitted, and my name. 7) The paper is to be submitted as one, not as three separate pieces. 8) Submit on the due date via Blackboard. **NOTE: For each item/task you fail to include in your submitted project, points will be deducted. ALSO: NO Covid-19 issues, NO political issuesYOU MUST SUBMIT THE ISSUE YOU SELECTED TYPED, via email, at the latest, FOUR WEEKS BEFORE THE DUE DATE. The semester will go fast.
